Q. Where do I check-in when I arrive at George Fox? A. The main check-in time is Wednesday, August 3, between 2 pm and 5 pm, in the Edwards-Holman Science Center. If you are arriving after this time, proceed to the Service Desk in Bauman Hall Lobby in order to check-in. Please bring your confirmation letter to expedite check-in.

Under extreme circumstances, you may be arriving after 9 pm. If so, give us a call at (971) 832-9222 before 9 pm so that we may make arrangements for someone to meet you.
Q. Do I need a parking permit? How do I get a parking permit? A. No parking permit is required on GFU campus. Please put Parking Information Form on dashboard visible location for security purpose. The Parking Information Form can be downloaded at http://www.christianmeetingplace.org/wccc/forms.html.

Q. Where can I park on campus? A. You can park in most parking lots on campus. Parking lot C is closest to Edwards-Holman Science Center, where the check-in is held. Parking lot A is the closest to Bauman Hall, where the meetings are held. Parking lots B, D, E and F are closest to the dormitories. Please observe posted notices. Q. I am arriving by airplane. Will someone pick me up from PDX? A. Yes, we will arrange to pick you up from PDX. Please inform us of your flight information so we may expect you. You may add or update your flight information at any time, BEFORE July 1, 2011, by logging into your account at http://www.christianmeetingplace.org/wccc/registration.html. Or you may mail or fax your transportation form. Forms can be downloaded at http://www.christianmeetingplace.org/wccc/forms.html. The preferred arrival time is August 3, 2011, between 9 am and 3 pm. The normal traffic time usually takes 70 ~ 90 mins from GFU to PDX. In order to receive complete message, the preferred departure flight time is after 5:00 p.m. on August 7.

Once you arrive at PDX, proceed to the baggage claim area and identify yourself to greeters with blue WCCC t-shirts and signs. Further airport transportations will be provided.
Q. I am an air traveler with a young child, will a car seat be provided? A. Please specify your child’s age and weight on your transportation form if you need to request for a car seat.
Q. I am planning on just going for the meetings. Do I still need to register? A. Yes, we require all attendees to register, even daytime visitors. Parking Information Form will be handed out to registered attendees only. We need to have an accurate count of the number of people attending in order to better plan for meetings, rooming, discussion groups, meals and children's ministry.
