Transportation and hospitality forms must be received by July 1, 2011.

WCCC 2011 Hospitality tour Form

Hospitality tour forms must be received by July 1, 2011.

WCCC 2011 Parent/Guardian Consent Form

Each minor (individuals under the age of 18) not travelling with their parent or legal guardian must register on the same form as the temporary guardian (over age of 25). Parent/legal guardians must fill out a Parent/Guardian Consent Form.
