Location
Accommodations:
Please register as early as possible. Rooms are university dorm-style. Families will be kept together. Children under the age of 18 will be assigned rooms with or near their parent or guardian.
Parking:
No parking permit is required on GFU campus. Please put Parking Information Form on dashboard visible location for security purpose. The Parking Information Form can be downloaded at http://www.christianmeetingplace.org/wccc/forms.html.
Registration

Daytime Visitors:
Daytime visitors are welcome to join in all meetings, discussions and meals, but
must register in order for us to give an accurate count to the conference site.
Transportation
Deadline:
July 1, 2011
Please notify us by this date of your travel plans so that we can make the appropriate accommodations for airport transportation.
Airport:
The Portland International Airport (PDX) will be the only airport serviced with provided transportation.
The preferred arrival time is August 3, 2011, between 9 am and 3 pm.
The normal traffic time usually takes 70 ~ 90 mins from GFU to PDX. In order to receive complete message, the preferred departure flight time is after 5:00 p.m. on August 7.
Miscellaneous
Things to Bring:
Bible, notebook, travel documents, and toiletries. George Fox University will provide linens, pillows, blankets, and towels. The average Portland temperature may vary from 16-32°C, or 60-90°F.
Expenses:
Participants are responsible for their personal travel expenses.
All expenses for the conference including meals, lodging, and
facilities will be met by free-will offerings. Please make checks
payable to "WCCC." For your reference, the fees charged by the
University for room and board are: 12 years and older $170 ($45/day),
6 to 12 years $155 ($40/day). 5 years and under, no charge. Day Vistors- Breakfast $6, Lunch $8, Dinner $10.5
These fees do not cover additional expenses incurred by the conference (auditoriums, classrooms, equipment and gifts).
